Manufacturing Process.
These doors are built with rustic wood, natural wood color, this wood has been draying for over 2 years in a dry condition, we carve the doors inside doors and add a layer of epoxy resin with the final finish product.
The dark color is added by burning the different spots as specific areas.
Very weather resistant and long life.

The Metal Frame with Wood Finish is 36"X80"X 7".
The Frame can be also in solid wood.

The door ensemble can be Right Handle (RH), Left Handel (LH).
Right hand reverse RHR if the door swings out or Left-hand reverse LHR if the door swings out to the left.
The Wood Carved Door is a 36"X 80"X 2-3/4", 4 Full Mortice Heavy Duty Hinges 5"X 5", US32D and Door Closer LCN Surface Installation.
We Have these doors in: Red Mahogany, Read Cedar, Oak, Black Walnut.
The Door: Comes with the locking mechanism, self-closing system and hard epoxy finish.
Frame: Can be Steel, Aluminum or Solid Wood, according to your needs or home design.
We have different finishes and Texture; you must select the type of material or color.
All the Hardware is included in the price, what you see is what you buy!
