Our product is a very high-quality product, so, our specialized techs will deliver and install this door for you to be sure there is no damage or mistreat situation that affect the integrity of this door, after the installation you will inspect the door looking for scratches or damage before you sign the corresponding completion form, our technicians are highly trained carpenters with a lot of years of experience and will offer you a great customer services.
After our techs leave your place, we offer you one year on the product and 2 years on the installation services, any manufacturing problem with the product will be cover by us.
This guaranty will not cover a physical abuse, punches, impact damages, deep scratches associated to friction from an external agent.
Our company will not be responsable for any external damage, we will only cover faulty installation, and manufacturing imperfections and poor structural material.
In that case we will install a new door for free.
The finishes have no guarantee, because can be damage for the weather conditions.
But we can offer yearly services for a very small amount.

Frame: Can be Steel, Aluminum or Solid Wood, according to your needs or home design.
